STRYKE Percussion Ensemble is a member of PAC (Pageantry Arts Concepts, Inc.), a non profit youth organization registered with the Internal Revenue Service under the IRSC 501 (c)(3). Any and all donations/sponsorships are 100% tax deductible.

ONCE COMPLETED, UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Each participating person, whether auditioning or just attending as a participant, is REQUIRED to complete the PAC Winter Ensemble Membership Packet. Please fill out these documents completely and accurately. Any participant under the age of 18 MUST HAVE WRITTEN CONSENT from a parent and/or legal guardian (see documents within the PAC Winter Ensemble Membership Packet - Pages 2 and 3, and understand they must be notarized). You will not be allowed to participate without these PAC documents on file. All members (whether new or veteran), must fill out these forms completely and submit them to the STRYKE Administration team upon arrival during the audition/rehearsal process.
