2006 STRYKE Percussion:
After a great 2005 season, STRYKE would take it to the next level with our show entitled, "The Raven". This show certainly become a fan favorite in South Florida and allowed the staff to explore a more complex theme and design. Even at WGI many fans came out to support the group in the lot and there were lots of picture opportunities with our membership; even Vic Firth himself came over to spend some quality time with the group before their Finals performance. This season STRYKE purchased its own equipment in a partnerhship with Dynasty and broke away from Florida Atlantic University and truly became more "Independent". On the move again, we found ourselves being extended an invitation to relocate back to our roots and make Olympic Heights H.S. (Boca Raton, FL) our "home" once again. It was refreshing and allowed the group a more stable and centralized rehearsal site for its membership.
