STRYKE Percussion Ensemble is an Open Class indoor percussion program that serves South Florida. Since our inaugural year in 2003, STRYKE Percussion Ensemble has been an annual finalist at the WGI Percussion World Championships. In 2008 the group finished 3rd and was awarded a Bronze Medal and in 2010 and 2011 finished 2nd was awarded a Silver Medal.

STRYKE Percussion Ensemble is identified as one of the best indoor percussion programs in the country. With unique and innovative show design concepts and a talented membership base, the all-star Education Staff/Team have a strong hold on consistency and excellence.

STRYKE Percussion Ensemble invites everyone (all skill levels) to audition. The group fields all traditional battery percussion instruments and a front ensemble consisting of mallet keyboards, auxiliary equipment, drum set player and a rhythm section.

Strong performance skills, desire and a great attitude are the key ingredients for consideration of membership. We welcome Mike Thomas (Rhythm X, Cavaliers, Centerville H.S.) as our new snare tech, Tony Gamble (United, Crossmen, Palm Beach Central H.S.) as our new tenor tech, and Justin Robards (INFINITY, Teal Sound, University of Central Florida, Jensen Beach H.S.) as our new cymbal line tech! These guys are major additions to our staff and a continued commitment to education and experience of our membership.
